Due to the decentralized and irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions, KaWs generally does not offer refunds for executed trades or transaction fees.

1. Transaction Finality

All transactions on the blockchain are final and irreversible. Once a trade is executed and confirmed on the network, it cannot be undone or refunded. Please ensure you review all transaction details carefully before confirming.

2. Subscription Services

For any subscription-based services offered on our platform, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Exceptions

In the rare event of a documented technical failure on the KaWs platform that directly results in a financial loss, you may be eligible for a refund. Such cases will be investigated on a case-by-case basis. To make a claim, please contact our support team with all relevant transaction details.
